Tint Like a Boss
About
Tint Like a Boss has been part of the Wilmington automotive community since 2008. What started as a dedicated window tint bay has grown into a full-service restyling and protection shop at 2800 Kirkwood Hwy — trusted by daily drivers, weekend enthusiasts and local business fleets across New Castle County and the wider Delaware Valley.
Since 2008
Over fifteen years in the trade, refined into a shop built around consistency and straight answers.
One Shop, Every Finish
Window tint, paint protection film, vinyl wraps, ceramic coating, detailing, wheels & tires, remote start and commercial glass.
Plotter & Hand Craft
Computer-cut patterns where they protect your trim and seals, hand-trimmed edges where the eye catches them.
2800 Kirkwood Hwy
Easy to reach in Wilmington, DE 19805 — call 302-661-1500 or stop in during shop hours.
Built on prep work, not shortcuts
Good film and vinyl work is decided before the backing sheet ever comes off. Glass is razor-cleaned and flushed, paint is decontaminated, gaskets and trim are masked or tucked cleanly, and patterns are cut on our plotter so blades stay away from your vehicle’s rubber and glass.
Whether we are tinting two front windows on a commuter sedan, wrapping a commercial van or laying full-front paint protection film on a new delivery, the standard is the same: tight edges, clean contamination-free glass and paintwork, and an install we are proud to put our name on.
Why drivers bring their vehicles here
- In-person evaluation before we quote — every vehicle, glass curve and existing tint condition is different, so we look the job over with you and confirm a straight price before any work starts.
- Carbon and ceramic film tiers — we walk you through visible light transmission, heat rejection and Delaware tint rules in plain English so you can pick the shade and film that fits how you drive.
- Full restyling under one roof — combine window tint, PPF, ceramic coating, vinyl wraps, wheels & tires, detailing or remote start without juggling multiple shops.
- Clear aftercare and support — every vehicle leaves with curing guidance and a quick walkthrough so you know exactly what to expect in the first few days.
