01Pricing & QuotesAre the prices listed on the website final?
No — any prices shown online are starting estimates to help you plan. Every vehicle, glass curve, paint condition, and existing film setup is different, so we confirm your exact price in person before any work begins.
02Pricing & QuotesHow do I get an exact quote for my car, truck, SUV, or building?
Submit the online quote form with your vehicle year, make, model, and desired services, or call/text 302-661-1500. For automotive work, we arrange a quick evaluation at 2800 Kirkwood Hwy; for commercial and residential glass, we measure and survey your windows to provide a firm quote.
03Pricing & QuotesCan I combine multiple services in one visit?
Yes! Many drivers combine ceramic window tinting with front-end Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating, vinyl roof/chrome deletes, wheels & tires, or remote start in a single coordinated drop-off.
04Pricing & QuotesIs there any charge for the in-person vehicle evaluation?
Never. Our in-person evaluation at 2800 Kirkwood Hwy is completely free and lets you see physical film shades and vinyl swatches next to your vehicle before making a decision.
05Window TintingWhat is the difference between carbon and ceramic window film?
Carbon film provides a clean matte look, 99% UV block, and dependable solar and glare control without metallic signal interference. Ceramic film targets infrared heat wavelengths, blocking significantly more cabin heat across every shade from 5% Limo to 70% Crystal Clear.
06Window TintingWhat does VLT % mean when choosing a window tint shade?
VLT (Visible Light Transmission) measures the percentage of visible light that passes through the film. A lower number like 5% or 15% is darker with higher exterior privacy, 35% is a balanced medium shade, and 50% or 70% offers a lighter, factory-style appearance that still blocks UV and infrared heat when using ceramic film. You can preview all 5 shades on our homepage Interactive Tint Visualizer.
07Window TintingDo you cut window film on my car’s glass or use a computer plotter?
We use a digital computer plotter to cut patterns tailored to your vehicle’s exact year, make, and model, and we heat-form rear windshields in a single seamless piece. That keeps knife blades off your glass and rubber window seals.
08Window TintingCan you remove old, bubbling, or purple tint without ruining my rear defroster?
Yes. We use controlled heat and steam to release old film and dissolve adhesive residue carefully around rear defroster lines before prepping the glass for new film or returning it to stock clarity.
09Window TintingHow long does new window tint take to cure, and when can I roll my windows down?
Keep your windows rolled up for the first 3 to 5 days so the film’s adhesive sets cleanly inside the seals. A slight moisture haze or tiny water pockets are completely normal during the first 1 to 2 weeks and evaporate automatically as the film cures in the sun.
10PPF, Wraps & CoatingsWhat is the difference between Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Ceramic Coating?
Paint Protection Film (PPF) is a thick, optically clear, self-healing urethane film that physically stops rock chips, road debris, and scratches. Ceramic Coating is a liquid polymer that bonds to paint (or on top of PPF) to create a slick, hydrophobic, UV-resistant surface that beads water and makes washing effortless—but does not stop physical rock impacts on its own. Many owners install PPF on high-impact front panels and ceramic coat the entire vehicle.
11PPF, Wraps & CoatingsWill a vinyl wrap damage my factory paint when removed?
When quality cast vinyl is installed over healthy, factory-cured paintwork and removed properly within its service life, it is completely paint-safe and actually shields the underlying paint from sun fade and minor road wear.
12PPF, Wraps & CoatingsDoes my vehicle need paint correction or detailing before ceramic coating or PPF?
Every coating and PPF install begins with a thorough wash, iron decontamination, and clay prep. If your paint has swirl marks, light scratches, or oxidation, we inspect it under shop lighting and recommend the right machine polishing step so we lock in a clean, glossy finish.
13PPF, Wraps & CoatingsHow should I wash a vehicle with a vinyl wrap, PPF, or ceramic coating?
Hand washing with a pH-neutral automotive shampoo and clean microfiber mitts is always best. Avoid abrasive automatic brush car washes, and keep high-pressure washer nozzles at a safe distance and angle from film and wrap edges.
14Booking, Financing & CareDo I need a deposit to reserve an appointment slot?
Some appointments require a deposit to reserve bay time and order specialty films, wraps, or wheel packages. We always confirm any deposit requirement with you before scheduling your date.
15Booking, Financing & CareIs financing available, and how do I apply?
Yes — financing is available on eligible services and packages. Simply let us know you are interested in financing when we review your vehicle or when you submit your quote request, and we will walk you through the options.
